Volume Discounts: We currently do not have volume discounts. The discount if any is off the regular price of the gift basket and not the shipping cost. We can also add your own items to these gift baskets at no extra charge. This is an ideal way to promote your business or your event. We ask that your contact us at least two week in advance for your large order. Please call us for details or email us at customerservice@pickyourbasket.com.

Refund Policy: At Pick Your Basket, you, the customer comes first and satisfaction is always guaranteed. You may return all items within 14 days, we will refund the entire amount (minus shipping). Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Shipping:
Items are usually shipped the next business day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). Your best option is UPS Ground Residential(1-6) Days to most domestic destinations and least expensive. When you choose a Post Office Box as an address we may use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your package. The shipping and handling fees cover all costs associated with processing your order.

Delivery: We make reasonable efforts to have the items you want in stock at all times. In most instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a representative will e-mail you with anticipated delivery dates.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be applied to orders that originate in Texas or if the buyer/customer/recipient resides in Texas. As of 01/27/2000 sales tax rates in Texas begin at 8.25% on the entire order including shipping & handling charges.
